Dr. Nicola Chambers-Holder is the Chief Executive Officer at PPW Consulting Group LLC, where Dr. Nicola integrates the expertise of psychology, personal development coaching, mindfulness, speaking, authorship, and scientific inquiry to elevate well-being and foster personal growth. Dr. Nicola is also the founder of the Gratitude Choice Project, focusing on community gratitude, mindfulness, movement in nature, and interconnectedness. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Nicola has extensive experience as a personal and executive coach, professional speaker, and director of membership and engagement at the National Black MBA Association. Their passion for positive psychology, mindfulness, and fostering well-being is evident in all their endeavors.
