Dr. Daphne Harris -Brown

Dr. Daphne Harris-Brown is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Non-Profit Project Manager at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and a PD Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition, Dr. Harris-Brown focuses on developing relationships and assessing competencies in early childhood education. Additionally, Dr. Harris-Brown has taught as an Adjunct Instructor at both Mississippi Delta Community College and Jackson State University since 2013 and 2015, respectively, specializing in online education for distant learners. Previous roles include serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Walden University and as a Compliance Specialist with WCOI Head Start/Early Head Start, where Dr. Harris-Brown ensured adherence to state and federal regulations.
