Elisa Moll

Elisa Moll is an experienced professional in strategy management and clinical research, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy Management at the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) since September 2015. In this role, Elisa leads the Office of Strategy Management, focusing on advancing the organization's strategic objectives through cross-functional collaboration. Prior to NBME, Elisa held various positions at AstraZeneca from May 2002 to September 2015, including Global Feasibility & Recruitment Leader and Study Delivery Leader, where responsibilities included optimizing clinical study designs and managing study teams for phase II and III studies. Elisa's earlier experience includes roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, contributing to clinical study operations and regulatory compliance. Educationally, Elisa holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Jefferson Health, a Management Certificate from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania.
