Michael Jodoin

Michael Jodoin currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer and Portfolio Management at the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), where strategic and operational leadership is provided for a diverse portfolio that includes USMLE and various educational services. An effective collaborator, Michael drives innovation through partnerships across education, healthcare, and technology while overseeing a dynamic product and customer management team. Previous roles at NBME include Vice President positions for USMLE and Psychometrics and Data Analysis, focusing on strategic execution and psychometric methodologies. Before NBME, Michael held various analytical and leadership roles at Educational Testing Service (ETS), including Director of Analysis Technologies, contributing to major assessment programs. Michael's educational background includes a PhD in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and degrees in Measurement and Evaluation and Mathematics from the University of Alberta.
