Jennifer Brubacher, LMSW, is a seasoned clinician currently working at Women's Wellness LLC and LifeCatalyst: Therapy and Coaching since March 2023. With extensive experience in community outreach, Jennifer serves as a NBCF Community Navigator and Community Relations Director at Convoy of Hope, focusing on breast cancer education and early detection services for large groups of women nationwide since May 2015. Previous roles include clinical social work internships at Yale New Haven Hospital and case management for women facing homelessness at New Reach, Inc. Jennifer co-founded the ELM City Dance Collective and the non-profit WhoCares?, and has a comprehensive educational background with a Master of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
