Ciara Hayes

Ciara Hayes has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ciara is currently working as an HRIS, HR Projects & HR Compliance Lead at National Broadband Ireland since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Autodesk as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they worked at Abtran as a Human Resources Specialist from September 2017 to December 2017. Ciara also has experience working at the Audit Office of New South Wales, where they held roles as an HR Operations Generalist from February 2016 to August 2017, and as a Learning and Development Specialist from July 2013 to January 2016.

Ciara Hayes has a diverse education history. Ciara earned a Honours Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Technological University Dublin from 2004 to 2008. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute. In 2018 to 2019, Ciara pursued a Certificate in Employment Law at Technological University Dublin. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they completed a Certificate in People Analytics at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
