John Mulreid

John Mulreid has extensive experience in the field of talent management and learning and development. John currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at National Broadband Ireland, where they are responsible for driving the development and execution of talent and learning strategies to support future growth plans. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Learning and Development at the same company.

Before joining National Broadband Ireland, John worked at FBD Insurance for over 20 years. During their time there, they held various roles, including HR - Learning and Development Manager, HR-Senior Learning and Development Specialist, Training and Development - Claims, Team Lead - New Claims Section, Claims Handler - New Claims Section, and Motor and Liability Claims Handler. In these roles, they were involved in designing and executing learning strategies and programs, developing and delivering training, managing a learning and development team, and ensuring a professional claims service was provided to customers.
