Pedro J. Alcázar is an experienced program manager and consultant specializing in digital transformation and business delivery. Currently serving as Program Manager Delivery at National Broadband Ireland, Pedro plays a key role in one of the largest fiber broadband infrastructure projects globally. As co-founder of GTP GLuOnTalentPartners, Pedro assists European companies in enhancing their human digital capabilities. With a background that includes positions at Telefónica Germany, Telefónica UK, and Dell Products Europe, Pedro has led numerous initiatives focused on digital customer engagement, operational transformation, and project management. Pedro holds multiple diplomas in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of Limerick and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
