Dharmendra Goyal

Dharmendra is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 19 years of expertisein Financial Operations &Strategic Planning and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, taxation, and audits. He is proficient in designing and executing financial strategies as well as fostering corporate growth and value creation through strategic business alliances and technology utilization.

As the Chief Financial Officer, he currently spearheads the Finance & Accounts Department and is responsible for Business Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Treasury, Taxation, MIS, Insurance & Secretarial functions. Additionally, he is responsible for bringing synergy into capital allocation decisions and investment management with a prime focus on driving the financial performance & profitability of the company.

He joined NBHC as a Finance Controller in 2020 and was promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2022. He has played a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the company’s financial health while keenly overseeing the overall accounting/taxation processes.

Prior to joining NBHC, Dharmendra held several leadership positions, including those with Edelweiss Group (Agri business), Shree Shubham Logistics Ltd., A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd., and Vimal Metro India.
