Ashley Pugh

Ashley Pugh is a professional with extensive experience in program management, research, and evaluation, particularly in the fields of child, youth, and family services, as well as social and economic development. Currently serving as a Manager at the Business Group on Health since April 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Research and Evaluation Analyst at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, where responsibilities included designing data collection tools and analyzing data for program effectiveness. Prior to that, project management roles for organizations such as IOS Partners involved overseeing international development projects for prominent clients, while earlier positions included program officer at the HOPE Foundation for Women and Children of Bangladesh and research roles focused on human rights and refugee resettlement. Ashley holds a Masters Degree in International Development from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Salisbury University.
