Thevan Naidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, organizational development, and evaluation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the National Business Initiative since January 2023, Thevan has also worked as a consultant in Johannesburg since November 2014, contributing to programs like the Action Aid International's Public Financing for Agriculture Programme. Previous roles include Director of Action Learning Service at Khanya Africa Institute, Programme Manager for C.S. Mott Foundation, and various positions in community development and educational facilitation. Thevan’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and multiple certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability reporting from prestigious institutions. Recently, Thevan has pursued a Professional Certificate and additional certification with the Global Reporting Initiative, solidifying expertise in sustainability practices.
