Erin Phelan

Erin Phelan is currently the Director of Client Relations at NATIONAL Business Technologies, where Erin has been since February 2024. Erin also has extensive experience as a Quality Services Engineer/Data Accountability at Xerox Litigation Services and Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions from August 2010 to August 2018. Erin started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Phoenix Life Insurance Company, where Erin was responsible for servicing and processing financial transactions, resolving customer inquiries, providing guidelines to staff, and mentoring team members.
