Debby Taylor, R.N., C.D. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of addiction recovery and treatment. Debby started their career as a Substance Counselor at Fairfax County in 1972 and continued to work as a Nurse Case Manager at Psychiatric Institute of Montgomery County from 1980 to 1982. Debby then joined Suburban Hospital as a Case Manager in the Addiction Treatment Program from 1982 to 1985. Debby further advanced their career at Virginia Hospital Center, where they served as the Manager of the Young Adult Addiction Treatment Program from 1985 to 1989. After that, they became the President and CEO of Vanguard Services Unlimited from 1989 to 2010. Following their tenure at Vanguard Services, Debby joined Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic formerly Vanguard Services as the Senior VP and Executive Director, leading the organization in providing addiction recovery services to various demographics. Debby recently became the President and CEO of National Capital Treatment & Recovery in 2019.
