Mark Tynes, MPA, is a seasoned professional in vocational development and case management, with extensive experience in addiction treatment and youth employment services. Currently serving as a Vocational Development Specialist for the DC Government since July 2022, Mark conducts assessments to tailor services for clients. Mark has a long-standing role as a Residential Specialist/Clinical Assistant at National Capital Treatment & Recovery, where responsibilities include counseling and supervising clients in recovery.
