Joseph Shornock

Joseph Shornock has extensive experience in hazardous materials management, currently serving as Manager of Hazardous Materials at National Cargo Bureau since January 2023. Prior to this, Joseph spent over 24 years at Hapag-Lloyd AG, progressing from Dangerous Goods Coordinator to Senior Manager – Dangerous Goods, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with IMDG Code, 49CFR, and TDG regulations while planning staff training programs. Joseph also held roles overseeing business systems operations and hazardous materials operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and regulatory adherence throughout the transport of dangerous goods. Earlier in Joseph's career, various positions in staffing and human resources were held at MANPOWER INC. and associated entities, showcasing a broad skill set developed over more than a decade. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
