Dylan Mcdowell

Dylan McDowell is an accomplished environmental leader currently serving as the Executive Director of the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators since January 2015, where responsibilities include empowering a nonpartisan network of environmental champions and leading a team of policy specialists. In addition to this role, McDowell co-founded Salem Bike Vision, focusing on creating a comprehensive bike network for community safety. Previous experience includes roles such as Blue Pioneers Program Accelerator Fellow at UC Santa Cruz, Contract Science Writer, and Communications Assistant for Oregon Sea Grant, as well as outreach and educational positions across various organizations. Dylan McDowell holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Science from Oregon State University.
