Alia I. has extensive experience in international patient programs and global relationships, currently serving as Senior Manager for the US Cooperative for International Patient Programs (USCIPP) at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership since February 2018. Previously, Alia held various positions at USCIPP, including Manager and Project Manager, as well as a Program Analyst role. Prior to joining the National Center, Alia worked at UChicago Medicine as an International Program Coordinator and at Moraine Valley Community College as an International Student Services Specialist. Alia also has experience as an Exchange Fellow in Saudi Arabia with the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations. Alia earned a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
