The National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes evidence-based leadership and organizational best practices within the healthcare space. It is dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership and organizational excellence by building diverse, inclusive, and collaborative relationships in the US and abroad. NCHL champions three premier membership programs that advance healthcare leadership. These are the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS), US Cooperative of International Patient Programs (USCIPP), and National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). Each of these programs supports a portfolio of inter-organizational collaborations that address critical issues facing today’s leaders as they pursue excellence and solutions.
