Director Of Digital Media at National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

Mike Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career as an intern at Brotman Winter Fried Communications in 2000, followed by a marketing and sales internship at the Washington Football Team. In 2001, they worked as an Account Executive at Savvis Communications. However, their most significant roles were at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Mike served as an Educational Development Specialist from 2002 to 2006 and then transitioned to the role of Creative Producer at NetSmartz Workshop until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Digital Media Producer for NCMEC, managing the organization's social engagement and digital marketing strategy. In 2017, they became the Director of Digital Media at NCMEC, where they led a team responsible for messaging and marketing on various digital platforms and represented the organization on Twitter's Global Trust & Safety Council.

Mike Hill attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in August 2021, and in Digital Marketing: Social Media and Online Strategies from Harvard Division of Continuing Education Professional Development Programs in June 2014.
