Nicole M.

Nicole M. is a Cybertipline Analyst II at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since March 2022, where responsibilities include collecting critical information and generating analytical reports for law enforcement. Prior to this role, Nicole served as Program Manager and Recovery Coach at Monte Nido & Affiliates from June 2021 to May 2022, focusing on client well-being and trauma-informed care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Nicole also worked at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. as a Facilitator from November 2018 to August 2021, assessing needs and linking youth and families to community services while managing a high-volume caseload. Earlier experience includes a role as a Private Investigator at NWI SECURITY LLC in 2017, conducting surveillance and case documentation. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Keene State College, with additional education from Monroe Community College.
