Mohammad Hashboul

Mohammad Hashboul is the Founder and COO of spoon.tech, focusing on innovative training solutions for deskless employees since 2024. In addition to this role, Mohammad serves as an Advisor at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, engaging with top-level executives on innovation and customer experience. Previous experience includes a position in Business Development at the National eLearning Center and a role in Regional Strategy and Operations at Uber for the MENA Verticals from 2017 to 2019. Mohammad began a career in process engineering with an internship at Aramco in 2015. Educational credentials include a CORe: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
