Abdullah Altuwaijri, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Planning and Prioritization at the National Center for Privatization & PPP since December 2020 and has also held the position of Director of Planning and Prioritization and Senior Manager of Strategy and Planning within the same organization. In addition, Abdullah is a Board Member of the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center. Previous roles include Strategic Performance Unit Manager and Strategic Advisor at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing from May 2018 to December 2020, and Advisor at Catalyst SA during the same period. Prior experience includes serving as Stakeholder Manager for the BACS Riyadh Metro Project and Junior Engineer at BuroHappold Engineering. Abdullah's educational background features a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, an Executive MBA from the University of Northampton, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University.

The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established through the Council of Ministers Resolution 355 on 6/7/1438H corresponding to 3/4/2017 and reports directly to the Council of Economic and Developmental Affairs (CEDA). The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is responsible for enabling the privatization of certain government assets and services: a priority identified as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. We are the official Saudi representative for the full spectrum of Public Private Partnerships, developed to realize Saudi Vision 2030. We provide world-class expertise in the areas of legal, financial, advisory, marketing, project management.
