Joy M. Keller is the Director of Knowledge & Information Services at the National Center for State Courts. Joy has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Joy has worked as a Court Administrator, Court Analyst, and Case Management Supervisor. Joy has also worked as a Senior Paralegal. In their current role, Joy is responsible for providing research and analysis support to the National Center for State Courts and its member state courts.
