Florence Hulbert

Florence Hulbert currently serves as the Director of Communications & Member Outreach at the New Jersey Energy Coalition, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include planning and executing events and creating content for various communication platforms. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Director at Salmon Ventures, Ltd., where legislative and regulatory research was conducted, and Judicial Intern at the New Jersey Courts under Honorable Paula T. Dow. Florence also held a staff editor position at the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and contributed as a research intern at Stockton University, focusing on climate change impacts in New Jersey. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Law from Rutgers Law School, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Political Science from Stockton University.
