Kristen Trebil-Halbersma

Kristen Trebil-Halbersma is the current Principal Court Management Consultant at National Center for State Courts. Kristen has extensive experience in the field of court administration, having worked in various positions in the Minnesota Judicial Branch from 2007 to present. Kristen began their career as the Carver County Court Administrator, a position they held for 10 years before being promoted to Court Services Director in 2019. In this role, they oversaw the operations of all court services in Minnesota, including the Guardian ad Litem Program. Kristen was promoted to their current position in June of 2022.
