Anthony (Tony) Neal-Graves is the Chief Information Officer and Executive Director of the Colorado Office of Information Technology. He leads an organization of 1,000 technology professionals responsible for the secure operation, delivery and innovation of information and communications technology services for over 31,000 state agency employees across 1,300 locations. He oversees major initiatives such as the myColorado mobile app, the state’s multi-year IT Transformation Program, and Colorado’s rural broadband expansion efforts.
Mr. Neal-Graves was Vice President and General Manager of Industrial and Energy Solutions at Intel Corporation from 2014 until his retirement in 2017. He defined the company’s strategy for entering the Industrial Internet of Things market. Neal-Graves created a new division with industry specific expertise through recruitment from fortune 100 companies in the manufacturing and energy sectors. Mr. Neal-Graves has a proven ability to define new strategies and more importantly, develop executable plans for sustainable business growth.
Prior to this role, Neal-Graves lived in Shanghai and Shenzhen China for three years as Vice President and General Manager of Intel China and Vice President and General Manager of the PC Client Group, respectively. As the Intel China leader, he developed and grew a 2000 employee systems development organization across three cities. Mr. Neal-Graves led the recruitment and leadership development across all of Intel’s major product lines and business groups. As the head of the PC Client Group, Neal-Graves recruited an entrepreneurial team in Shenzhen to develop innovative, low-cost personal computers for global consumption, delivering the first products to market in less than six months. He established a new development center in Shenzhen for smart devices.
