Rachel Madrid has over eight years of experience in the field of school counseling, currently serving as a Professional School Counselor with Chicago Public Schools since August 2015. In addition to this role, Rachel has been an Educational Consultant with NCWIT since February 2017, focusing on providing training and resources to educators to facilitate access to careers in technology and computing. Previous positions include Professional School Counselor at Roger C. Sullivan High School and Sarah E. Goode STEM Academy, as well as a Counselor Intern at George Westinghouse College Prep. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA and a Master's degree in Counseling/School Counseling from DePaul University.
