Katy Cavanagh

Katy Cavanagh is a seasoned education leader with a robust background in educational leadership and management. Currently serving as the Director at the Center for the Future of Arizona since September 2018, Katy leads the Beat the Odds School Leadership Academy and collaborates with various partners throughout Arizona to emphasize the significance of educational leadership for the success of all students and teachers. Prior to this role, Katy was an Engagement Manager at the National Center on Education and the Economy since September 2011 and served as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning for the Scottsdale Unified School District from December 1982 to December 2009.
