Phidor Kong is currently a Sustainability Channel Assistant at Beloit College since September 2022 and holds the position of a Pi Sigma Alpha Member, actively engaging in research presentations at national conferences. As a PPIA Fellow at the University of Washington, Phidor participates in program initiatives while previously serving as a Climate Justice Trainee with International Young Naturefriends, focusing on climate advocacy through educational games. Phidor has authored works for Future Forum - Cambodia, concentrating on policy studies, and has contributed as a Research Assistant for the Department of Political Science at Beloit College. Additional experience includes internships and roles at Oxfam Novib, Impact Cambodia, and the Community Empowerment and Development Team, emphasizing community development and advocacy in various sectors. Phidor Kong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus on Environmental Justice and Citizenship from Beloit College and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
