Carlla Archer Carr

Carlla Archer Carr has extensive experience in educational support and corporate training. Currently serving as an Emotional Support Instructional Support Aide at Phoenixville Area School District since February 2020, Carlla supports students in emotional and academic areas. Previous roles at the district included providing assistance in non-instructional settings and volunteering in various capacities, including library support and as a homeroom parent. Carlla also holds a leadership position as Vice President of Ticktockers for the National Charity League, Inc., managing training and development initiatives for students. Prior to these roles, Carlla spent nearly two decades at Vanguard, where various leadership positions focused on training, change management, and benefits administration were held. Carlla holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University.
