Lisa Fitzpatrick

Lisa Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in legal and business affairs, primarily in the entertainment industry. Currently a Member of the National Charity League, Inc. since 2016, Lisa has held various liaison roles and served on the Board of Directors. At Mattel, Inc., from 2018 to 2024, Lisa advanced from Senior Counsel to Expert Counsel & Senior Director, focusing on worldwide television distribution agreements and rights-related inquiries. Lisa's previous roles include Senior Vice President at MGM, Vice President at Telemundo Network Group, and Director at PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, where responsibilities involved structuring and negotiating television agreements and overseeing legal affairs. Lisa began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at FULBRIGHT & JAWORSKI INTERNATIONAL LLP and Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, specializing in civil litigation. Lisa holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in History from UCLA.
