Pe Ptoe Imsa Phillip Kurth III

Phillip Kurth, PE PTOE IMSA III has a strong background in traffic operations and signal timings. Phillip has 13 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. In their role as Vice President of Operations at Florida Transportation Engineering, Inc., Phillip conducted over 600 traffic studies and managed the signal retiming of 75 signal systems, including over 650 individual intersections. Phillip also worked as a Senior Traffic Engineer at SGM Inc. and as a Traffic Studies Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation.

Phillip Kurth, PE PTOE IMSA III obtained an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from Monterey Peninsula College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering at Florida State University, completing their degree from 2004 to 2006.
