Connie Hougland

Connie Hougland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ministry and philanthropic consulting. Since 2000, Hougland has served in various leadership roles at the National Christian Foundation, including Vice President of Charity Experience and Offerings, as well as Vice President of Ministry Services, where the focus has been on teaching and consulting ministries in organizational development and fundraising. Hougland was instrumental in establishing NCF Heartland, initially serving as the second employee and later specializing in Donor Relations. Prior to their tenure at NCF, Hougland founded and managed an in-home childcare business from 1994 to 2000 and began a career as a Mortgage Loan Closer at Anchor Savings and Loans from 1987 to 1994. Currently, Hougland operates as a philanthropic and ministry consultant.
