Althea Broughton

Broughton is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory’s Real Estate Practice. Ms. Broughton represents developers, government agencies and tax credit investors in affordable housing and mixed income development transactions, mixed-use and urban redevelopment transactions, transactions involving the use of public/private partnerships, and conventional real estate transactions. Through her work, Ms. Broughton has played a critical role in the creation or preservation of tens of thousands of units of affordable housing. Ms. Broughton has held several leadership positions in the firm including serving as Hiring Partner, Co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and as Co-chair of the Diversity Committee.
