Ginny Barney

Ginny Barney has extensive experience in leadership and governance within various organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Board for National Church Residences and Star House Foundation, as well as being a Board Member at Upper Arlington Community Foundation, Ginny has demonstrated a commitment to community service and nonprofit governance. Additionally, Ginny holds the position of Senior Collaborator at The Collective Genius, LLC, facilitating innovation and success for organizations. Previous roles include City Manager for the City of Upper Arlington, where Ginny was instrumental in achieving a Triple A bond rating and enhancing financial sustainability. Ginny's early career included serving as Elected Clerk for Franklin County Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, where strategic planning led to restored fiscal stability. Ginny earned a B.S. in Business Management from Bradley University.
