Jacob Swint

Jacob Swint has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jacob has held various roles in different companies.

At National Church Residences, Jacob started as a Senior Director of Strategic Finance in January 2019. In this role, they led strategic healthcare and operational initiatives and was responsible for identifying and managing new healthcare business opportunities. Jacob also handled integration activities to ensure a seamless transition into business operations.

Later, Jacob became the Vice President of Strategic Growth & Operations Support for Senior Services at National Church Residences. Jacob continued to oversee strategic finance and corporate development, and took ownership of two of the seven Services divisional profit and loss statements. Jacob also managed sales and marketing teams within the Services division.

Before joining National Church Residences, Jacob worked at Cardinal Health. Jacob held various roles, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, and Senior Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development. In these positions, they played a key role in executing strategic initiatives and managing merger and acquisition processes, both domestically and internationally.

Jacob also served as an Advisor of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Analyst of Financial Operations and Services at Cardinal Health, where they managed financial reporting responsibilities and assisted in the management of the General Ledger.

Jacob Swint obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from 2004 to 2008. Jacob also holds an inactive certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Delaware Board of Accountancy, obtained in 2012.
