Jason Gaulden

Jason Gaulden is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in managing multi-family developments and commercial projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Predevelopment at National Church Residences since March 2018, Jason previously held roles such as Senior Director of Construction and Design. Relevant experience includes serving as Regional Construction Manager at Lifestyle Communities and Commercial Project Superintendent at R.W. Setterlin Building Company. Jason also owned and managed Gaulden Construction LLC, overseeing the construction of multiple communities from 2003 to 2013. Earlier career roles include Multi-Family Superintendent at Villas at Milnor Crossing and Manufacturing Manager at Oasis Corporation. Jason Gaulden holds a Real Estate License, obtained through Columbus State Community College, and graduated from Reynoldsburg High School.
