Kathleen McDonnell

Vice President, Asset Managment at National Church Residences

Kathleen McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathleen began their career as the Vice President of Loan Administration at United Midwest Savings Bank in 1995. Kathleen then moved on to become the Director of Asset Management at Paramount Financial Group in 1998. From 2006 to 2011, Kathleen served as the Managing Director at The Bank of New York Mellon. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Asset Management at National Church Residences, where they oversee the management of their portfolio of affordable senior housing and services.

Kathleen McDonnell attended Miami University from 1976 to 1980, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science. In 1995, they also attended Franklin University for a year, studying Accounting.
