Kim Zavislak

Ms. Zavislak has been with KPMG since September 1998 and is a Partner in KPMG’s Audit practice with extensive experience in providing business and financial reporting guidance to a wide spectrum of SEC registrants in the financial services industry. She also serves as an SEC Reviewing Partner for the public sector of KPMG’s financial services practice.

Kim has served as the Columbus HR Audit partner, the alumni relations partner, and the private enterprise lead partner for the Columbus market hub. Other activities include: conducting governance training for both investment advisors and their boards and, assisting clients with complex matters including the valuation of hard-to-value securities, complex capital structures, derivatives, reorganizations, and consolidations.

She received her Bachelor of Arts Accounting degree from Hillsdale College in 1998.
