Currently serving as the Director of Operations- Advanced Practice at National Church Residences since April 2023, Nicole previously held positions such as Strategic Growth Director and Director of Excellence and Operations at Blank Dental Group. With a strong background in customer success management at Northwoods and comprehensive experience in medical staff development at Mount Carmel Health System, Nicole has effectively managed large teams and facilitated major transitions in electronic medical records.
