Nicole Papa Odegaard

Nicole Papa Odegaard is the Senior Director of Philanthropy at National Church Residences, where responsibilities include overseeing national philanthropy initiatives aimed at enhancing senior living community foundations and programs. Nicole has a robust background in philanthropy and leadership, having previously served as Chief Advancement Officer at The Childhood League Center, Vice President of Resource Development and Communications at Homeport, and held several board positions, including Chair of the Governance Committee at I Am Boundless and multiple roles with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Central Ohio Chapter. Nicole also has significant legal experience from previous positions at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP, and Ballard Spahr LLP, and holds a BA in Russian Studies and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, along with a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
