Director Of People Development And Programs at National Church Residences

Tara Wenger's work experience includes various roles at National Church Residences, starting with Quality Assurance Specialist from June 2014 to June 2016. Tara then served as a Database Administrator from June 2016 to March 2018, followed by a role as a Care Guide Manager from March 2018 to August 2018. Tara then became a Director of Support Services from August 2018 to January 2020, and subsequently a Senior Director of Support Services from January 2020 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Development and Programs at National Church Residences from October 2022 onwards. Prior to their time at National Church Residences, Tara worked as a Community Service Worker at Central Community House from December 2011 to June 2014. Most recently, Tara obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The Ohio State University, specializing in Administrative Social Work/Community and Social Justice, from 2016 to 2018.
