Timothy J. Doney

Tim Doney has been in-house counsel for Worthington Industries since 1998. Before joining Worthington, he was a partner with the law firm of Benesch Friedlander, and prior to that practiced with Arter & Hadden and Porter, Wright Morris & Arthur. He was also General Counsel for 5B’s Inc., a 1200 employee privately-held corporation in Zanesville, Ohio. His practice areas include corporate, banking, compliance, litigation, health care, municipal bonds, construction, acquisitions and employment law.
