Theresa Bartlett

Theresa Bartlett is the Director of Member Relations at the National Coffee Association. Theresa has been with the National Coffee Association for over two years and has held various positions within the organization. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Member Services and the Director of Membership for the National Coffee Association of U.S.A., Inc. Theresa also worked at the Direct Marketing Association as the Director of Segments and Special Interest Councils. Theresa has a passion for coffee and takes great pride in their work with the National Coffee Association.

Theresa Bartlett has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Long Island University, C.W. Post Center where they majored in marketing. Theresa also has a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Theresa Bartlett reports to William Murray, President & CEO. They work with Matthew Cariani - Senior Manager, Education, Research, & Digital Media, Najy Kamal - Director, Digital Content & Communications, and Donna Pacheco - Director, Administration & Assistant.
