Tana Rubley Bustamante

Tana Rubley Bustamante has extensive experience in member relations and hospitality management, currently serving as the Member Relations Director at La Quinta Country Club since October 2013 and as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields since July 2017. Previous roles include positions at ClubCorp from 2006 to October 2013, where Tana held various titles such as Member Relations at Indian Wells Country Club, Banquet Manager for Private Events at Mission Hills Country Club, and participated in the Leader In Development training program. Earlier experience includes bartending and serving as a cocktail waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings from July 2002 to August 2006. Tana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University in 2006.
