Nathan Wieler

Nathan Wieler has a diverse background in education and sports officiating. Nathan has experience as a Principal at West Valley Christian School Inc and as a High School Teacher at Regina Public School Division. Currently, Nathan works as a Curriculum Developer at Grand Canyon University and serves as a Referee for the NATIONAL COLLEGIATE HOCKEY CONFERENCE. In the past, Nathan also worked as an Official for the Western Hockey League. Wieler holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Education from University of Regina.

NATIONAL COLLEGIATE HOCKEY CONFERENCE

The NCHC is an eight-school NCAA Division I men’s hockey conference. It has completed five full seasons of play. Its members are: Colorado College, the University of Denver, Miami University, the University of Minnesota Duluth, the University of Nebraska Omaha, the University of North Dakota, St. Cloud State University and Western Michigan University. Since the NCHC began play in 2013-14, 20 NCHC programs have qualified for the NCAA Tournament, including eight Frozen Four berths in the NCHC’s five-year history, with the conference producing the last three NCAA DIvision I National Champions in North Dakota in 2016, Denver in 2017, and Minnesota Duluth in 2018.
