Brandon Liles

Brandon Liles has extensive experience in the athletic recruiting industry, currently serving as the Platform Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at NCSA College Recruiting since December 2007. In this role, Brandon oversees 19 Head Recruiting Coaches across nine sports, focusing on employee hiring, training, and increasing customer satisfaction. Prior positions at NCSA included Baseball Head Recruiting Coach Manager and Senior Baseball Head Recruiting Coach, where responsibilities included coaching student-athletes, monitoring recruit progress, and conducting outreach. Prior to joining NCSA, Brandon worked as an Account Executive and Marketing Specialist at NIBCO, where strategies were developed for sales in the South Texas region and marketing efforts were focused on new product launches in the Midwest. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005.
