Shaday Gayle

Shaday Gayle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of the Strategy & Transformation Office at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited since March 2016, Shaday oversees and monitors strategic priorities to facilitate organizational change and drive growth. Prior experience includes roles at GTECH S.p.A. as a Strategy and Financial Planning Analyst and Research and Planning Officer, as well as various positions at Vodanovich & Associates, where Shaday contributed as a Human Resource & Organizational Consultant focused on training and job analysis. Shaday's earlier career includes a role as a Training Consultant at the University of West Florida, along with a Human Resources Internship at Pall Life Sciences. Shaday holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business and Economics from Agnes Scott College.
