Malak Basaad

Malak Basaad is an experienced professional in the field of information security and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Information Security Compliance Associate at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB since November 2023, where responsibilities include managing compliance-related projects, supporting internal and external audit activities, and measuring KPIs and KRIs. Prior experience includes working as a Cybersecurity Auditor at the National Financing Support Services Company from April 2023 to October 2023, conducting the SAMA CSF Checklist, and assessing compliance maturity levels. Malak also contributed to the Cyber Pro+ program at the National Cybersecurity Authority in late 2021 and started a career as a Call Center Agent at Marriott Hotels in early 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Security from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Umm Al-Qura University.
