Kara Chacon

Kara Chacon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Kara started their career in 2004 as a Recruiter at Metro Recruiting, Inc. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Professionals for Nonprofits, where they held various roles including Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Manager of Staffing Services, and Regional Vice President. In 2011, they joined NCQA as a Senior Recruiter and later took on the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at NCQA.

Kara Chacon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Kara has also obtained certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and sHRBP from the Human Capital Institute.
